The download speed which used to be 10Mb was now 100 +/- KB, as you see terribly slow what took a matter of minutes now was in hours. All went well for a time then somehow went wrong. Then February 2023 I came across Wondershare Uniconverter 14 and decided to upgrade. At the time, my internet speed was 95 Mb. Whereas Wondershare was very easy to use and practically automatically put you into download mode and then did the download in 10Mb speed. I had previously tried 3 or 4 other programmes but were either too difficult to manage or inefficient.
